Develop backend features and services, contributing individually and collaboratively within a product-focused team.. . Deliver high-quality, maintainable code aligned with best practices and modern engineering standards.. . Work closely with Product Managers, UX designers, and Architects to ensure incremental value delivery to customers.. . Support architectural decisions that promote scalability, high availability, and performance.. . Participate in code reviews, CI/CD processes, and production deployments.. . Foster a team culture of continuous improvement and strong communication.. . Uphold core values such as connection, innovation, and daily improvement.. . . . 3+ years of professional software development experience, primarily in backend systems.. . Proficiency in Golang or Node.js, with experience developing cloud-based SaaS applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure).. . Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations (bonus if familiar with gRPC).. . Experience building distributed systems and working with microservices architecture (containerization experience is a plus).. .
