We are seeking a world-class entrepreneur for the role of CEO and Co-Founder for our newest company, StealthCo, which we are building alongside a top 10 pharmaceutical manufacturer. StealthCo is an AI-powered anomaly detection and management platform designed to increase pharma payment integrity. StealthCo makes it easier for pharmaceutical companies to identify, recover, and prevent revenue leakage across rebates/discounts, chargebacks, 340B, and copay programs. . You'll be supported by Alloy Partners’ Go-to-Market (GTM) experts who have decades of collective experience guiding founders with their GTM motions and launch strategies: from securing early customers and investors to establishing product development and sales functions.. As the CEO and Co-Founder, you will be responsible for building a big, important, and durable business from the ground up. You will work to build conviction with the market, investors, and early customers as you bring the product to market. You will also set the go-to-market strategy and get the MVP into the hands of early customers. Serve as a leader and co-founder to shape company strategy and company vision while building conviction in the market, with investors, and customers . . Drive growth, profitability, and company value while implementing scalable and efficient strategies to ensure consistent results and exponential growth. . Develop a comprehensive framework for initiating and supporting relationships across pharmaceutical manufacturers, including channel partners to further StealthCo’s offering. . Own the operational budget and manage burn rate and runway, align available resources to achieve key business goals and milestones . . Create and execute a fundraising strategy to drive interest from outside VC investors. . Structure a thoughtful organizational hiring plan and recruit, retain & develop world-class talent against that plan. . Determine the highest-order KPIs and build a plan and team to measure, monitor, and improve them. . Develop a comprehensive framework for initiating and supporting relationships across pharmaceutical manufacturers, including channel partners to further StealthCo’s offering. . Assist the product/technical co-founder in defining, evaluating, and evolving the product roadmap by identifying new opportunities and gaps. . Create and sustain a great company culture with articulated values that provides inspired leadership and enables a great working relationship to the team across all levels.. . Report updates to the Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders regarding progress on strategic goals. . What You'll Need:. . Track record selling B2B enterprise solutions to pharmaceutical manufacturers or within the healthcare industry, with a strong network in the pharmaceutical industry. . Experience building or deploying pharmaceutical IT or healthcare IT software . . Experience in or understanding of pharmaceutical revenue management (e.g., understanding of gross-to-net calculations, rebate processing, 340B, or prior experience in manufacturer Market Access, Finance, or Contract Administration team) . . Comfort with pilot-to-contract processes and proof-of-concept implementations in the pharmaceutical industry preferred. Healthcare technology implementation experience is also attractive. . Familiarity with pharmaceutical data, particularly payment data . . Founder experience is preferred, or experience working in an early-stage venture-backed company in a key leadership role. . Venture capital fundraising experience preferred or other relevant experience across sales, negotiations, or corporate development. . Strong track record of tackling difficult challenges, a strong work ethic and a desire to build a high-growth company. .
