They are seeking a . Regional Sales Manager. to lead business development in the . Northeast U.S.. territory. This role is fully remote and focused on building relationships with OEMs, integrators, and engineers who require precise and stable control of air pressure and flow in their systems.. What You’ll Be Doing. . Own and manage a defined regional sales territory across the Northeast U.S. . . Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, OEMs, system integrators, and technical buyers . . Engage in consultative selling to help customers solve pressure and flow control challenges . . Lead the full sales process—from prospecting through closing and post-sale follow-up . . Collaborate with application engineers to create customer-specific solutions . . Travel regularly for client visits, demos, and trade shows . . Report pipeline progress and customer insights to leadership. . Ideal Candidate Profile. . . 5+ years of sales experience in pneumatics, compressed air, automation, or instrumentation. . . Strong technical acumen with comfort discussing air pressure regulation, transducers, and automation components . . Demonstrated success in territory management and consultative sales . . Experience selling into OEMs, R&D labs, or production engineering teams . . Willing to travel 30–50% across the Northeast region . .
