Plan and manage large-scale paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.. . Build structured testing roadmaps for ads, audiences, and bidding strategies.. . Optimise campaigns to consistently achieve CAC/ROAS targets.. . Creative Collaboration. Partner with creative teams to deliver thumb-stopping, high-performing ads.. Provide data-driven insights to guide creative direction.. Client Relationships. . Act as the senior paid social advisor in client meetings.. .
