As a vital part of our team, you will assist customers from various Nordic countries, providing comprehensive service in their native languages while addressing their insurance needs.. Key Responsibilities. . Handle customer inquiries regarding insurance products, claims, and policies via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages.. . Provide clear and accurate information on coverage options, premiums, and claims processes.. . Assist clients in completing claims submissions and managing follow-ups.. . Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.. . Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure data accuracy in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.. . Stay updated on industry regulations and changes to insurance products.. . . Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is required; English proficiency is a plus.. . Experience in customer service, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector.. . Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach to customer interactions.. .
