Chicago, Illinois. .. This is a high-impact client-facing role ideal for a sales-driven, relationship-focused professional with deep knowledge of the CPG and retail marketing space. You will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of small to mid-tier clients while driving new business through consultative selling of in-store and digital advertising solutions. As part of a strategic account team, you will contribute to a fast-growing organization, working cross-functionally with internal experts to deliver data-driven, results-oriented campaigns. Manage and grow a book of business, ensuring client satisfaction while developing new sales opportunities within the CPG and retail sectors.. . Lead client communications, deliver compelling campaign proposals, and maintain regular forecasting/reporting on pipeline and sales progress.. . Design data-driven campaigns using internal tools, industry insights, and forecasting models to meet client goals and performance metrics.. . Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Digital Strategy, Insights, Finance, and Operations to strengthen proposals and align on execution.. . Establish trusted relationships with decision-makers and expand partnerships across multiple retail categories.. . Maintain weekly sales forecasts, report on client statuses, and deliver consistent updates to internal leadership.. . . . 2–3 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry or within advertising/sales promotion agencies.. . Strong knowledge of the CPG and retail marketing ecosystem, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue and profitability targets.. .
