
Head Sales & Research - Beauty/Ecommerce at Weekday AI. This role is for one of Weekday’s clients. Min Experience: 10 years. Location: Remote (India). JobType: full-time. As the Head of Sales, you will spearhead one of the most business-critical verticals. This is a senior leadership role requiring a strategic thinker with deep FMCG roots, proven industry relationships (especially with CMOs), and an eye for consumer insights. You will be directly responsible for shaping brand collaborations, overseeing campaign success, and driving insights that power our flagship research product.. . What You’ll Do . ● Own & drive the P&L of the BPRI function across brand partnerships and research insights. . ● Strategically grow partnerships within the beauty & personal care categories and beyond. . ● Deepen industry connections and bring new brands & verticals into partner ecosystem. . ● Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 35–40 members across Key Account Management, Promotions, Campaigns, and Research Insights. . ● Oversee and enhance, our proprietary consumer insights platform, driving innovation and adoption. . ● Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Category teams to ensure seamless execution of brand campaigns and research initiatives. . ● Champion data-backed decision-making and steer key product and campaign strategies with actionable insights. . ● Expand market share by leveraging emerging consumer behavior trends and brand needs. . What You Bring. ● 10+ years of experience in FMCG or consumer-tech businesses with deep knowledge of the beauty & personal care space. . ● A rich network within the industry, especially at the CMO and senior leadership level. . ● Proven experience in team leadership, managing large cross-functional teams (35+ people). . ● Strong business acumen with prior P&L ownership and growth mandates. . ● Exceptional understanding of consumer behavior & market research practices. . ● Bonus: Experience working with or building SaaS-based insights or analytics tools..
