Account Executive (PLC) at Albireo Energy. As part of our growth strategy, Albireo Energy will increase sales staffing and are currently looking for a National Account Executive who will be responsible for profitable and aggressive sales growth Nationally and support our overseas markets. The National Account Executive should have experience in owner direct sales and/or the plan and spec market, preferably in a large organization where they have gained experience and appreciation for a disciplined approach to account management and the competitive bid process.. Responsibilities. . Develop and manage a strong pipeline of PLC and SCADA solution opportunities across key verticals, including industrial, transit, and data center markets.. . Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing business with general contractors, consulting engineers, end users, and large owner accounts.. . Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers: plant managers, facility engineers, operations leaders, and IT/OT professionals.. . Deliver consultative, solutions-based sales support focused on major PLC and SCADA architectures.. . Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and marketing teams to craft value-driven proposals and ensure successful project execution.. . Lead the support teams in building technical scopes of work, estimates, and proposals that clearly communicate the Albireo Energy’s value proposition.. . Support consulting engineers with system design and control specifications during the pre-construction and design phases.. . Review and approve the estimate of material, labor, and subcontractor costs for automation/control system applications based on plans and specifications.. . Lead customer meetings, Lunch and Learns, attend industry trade shows and conferences, and represent Albireo Energy at networking events.. . Travel up to 50% to develop business, support customers, and maintain a strong market presence.. . Negotiate pricing and contract terms with contractors, consultants, and end users to secure profitable projects.. . Act as the sales lead for ongoing installations, service contracts, and maintenance offerings.. . Partner with internal operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed customer expectations.. . Regularly update CRM with sales activities, forecasts, and account developments.. . Collaborate with other sales team members on strategic accounts and large pursuits.. . Attend sales meetings, trainings, and industry events.. . Meet or exceed annual sales and margin goals.. . . The Account Executive should have experience in PLC and SCADA owner direct sales and/or the plan and spec market, preferably in a large organization where they have gained experience and appreciation for a disciplined approach to account management and the competitive bid process.. . Proven success in either the plan & spec or owner direct sales.. . 5+ years of experience in PLC/SCADA sales in the Industrial, Data Center, and/or Transit field.. . Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical, & controls drawings.. . Understanding of building Insudtrial systems and the application of controls.. . Must embrace use of CRM tool for pipeline and activity management.. . Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.. . Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent degree with industry experience.. . Data center and EPMS experience a plus.. . Salary Range:.  Base + Commission = $200,000 + OTE (On Target Earnings).
