Director of Behavioral Health at Amplifier Health. The Mission: To Build the Most Clinically Rigorous BHI Program on the Market.. While new reimbursement models have opened the door for Behavioral Health Integration (BHI), the market is filled with solutions that lack true clinical depth. Amplifier Health is seeking a senior clinical leader to be the architect and steward of our clinical strategy. Continuously monitor and synthesize the latest academic research and industry trends in behavioral health, translating new insights into actionable strategies for the company.. . . Build Our Clinical Network:. Establish and lead a Clinical Advisory Board, cultivating relationships with key opinion leaders to ensure our strategy is grounded in diverse, real-world expertise.. . What You'll Bring (Qualifications):. . . Advanced Clinical Credentials:. An advanced degree is required. You are a PhD in Clinical Psychology, an MD/DO with a specialization in Psychiatry, a PsyD, or hold a similar terminal degree in a relevant field.. . .
