As a Strategic Account Director, you will drive growth across the Groups & Chains segment in the Asian market, focusing on East Asia and Singapore. In this senior, individual contributor role, you’ll build long-term commercial partnerships with large hotel groups, unlocking new revenue through a consultative sales approach. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and contribute to a highly dynamic and global team. Accountabilities:. . Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to acquire new enterprise hotel group accounts and expand within existing partnerships across Asia.. . Build trusted relationships by deeply understanding customer goals, revenue needs, and long-term objectives to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.. . Lead consultative selling efforts with C-level executives, showcasing the value of the technology platform and managing complex, multi-stakeholder decision processes.. . Ensure high adoption and satisfaction rates through proactive customer engagement, product education, and regular business reviews.. . Coordinate internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Onboarding, Support, etc.) to align solutions and deliver consistent customer value.. . Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and revenue protection activities.. . Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the region.. . . 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales or partnership management within the travel or hospitality technology industry.. . Proven track record of closing enterprise deals of $1M+ with large hotel chains or similar organizations.. . Deep understanding of hotel operations, travel platforms, and technology infrastructure across Asia.. . Strong consultative sales skills with an ability to articulate value propositions and lead commercial negotiations.. . Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.. . Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and manage internal resources to drive customer success.. .
