Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel as needed. . . Prepare and organize meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions. . . Coordinate with other departments and external partners to enable efficient communication. . . Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. . . Monitor prioritization of tasks and ensure deadlines are met. . . Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, directing inquiries to appropriate parties. . . Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.. . . Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role. . . Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. . . Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in creating professional documents.. . Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace); project management tools is a plus. . .
