Design high-performing assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social ads, email, web banners, landing pages, and more . . Develop brand-consistent visuals across all touchpoints—product packaging, influencer kits, retail, events, and editorial content . . Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Ecom, and Creative teams to execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions . . Work with the Video and Motion team to concept and storyboard animated content . . Prepare print-ready files for packaging, POS, and retail displays . . Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual storytelling . . Help brainstorm creative concepts, moodboards, and art direction for new campaigns . . Execute revisions with speed and precision based on feedback from key stakeholders . . Must-Have:. . 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle . . Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) . . Experience designing social-first content (especially for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) . . Understanding of digital marketing performance metrics and ability to design for conversion . . Strong grasp of layout, typography, and color theory . .
