Manage customer inquiries regarding digital wallet services, features, and account issues via phone, email, and chat in Italian.. . Provide detailed guidance on setting up and using digital wallet functionalities.. . Assist customers with security concerns, troubleshooting, and transaction inquiries.. . Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure a positive user experience.. . Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for consistency and follow-up.. . Collaborate with technical and operational teams to enhance service quality and resolve complex issues.. . Stay informed about industry developments and digital payment trends to provide informed support.. . . Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.. .
