Accountabilities. . Lead sourcing activities, bids, and awards for project and key account clients while ensuring margin growth and operational efficiency.. . Review hauler networks to identify cost and service improvements.. . Manage service requests, escalations, and vendor performance issues from initiation through resolution.. . Oversee projects from sourcing to billing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.. . Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies and confirm project deliveries and removals.. . Coach and guide team members to strengthen service quality and responsiveness.. . Monitor work order queues and track progress against KPIs.. . Provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with policies and best practices.. . . Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.. . Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, vendor management, or operations.. .
