As an e-Commerce Tech Lead, you will:. . Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, managing expectations, providing updates, and conducting solution walkthroughs and demos.. . Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and ensure their feasibility within project timelines.. . Coordinate and mentor offshore development teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and smooth delivery of milestones.. . Lead Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, task allocation, and risk management.. . Provide hands-on technical support, particularly in JavaScript/TypeScript stacks, including Node.js, Vue.js, or related frameworks.. . Review code, assist in troubleshooting, and guide technical decision-making to align with client objectives.. . Candidates should have:. . 10+ years of full-stack development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript.. . At least 3 end-to-end eCommerce projects experience, covering Order Management, Supplier Management (Drop shipping), and PIM/DAM modules.. . Strong client-facing experience with a proven ability to manage and communicate directly with customers.. . Experience coordinating onsite-offshore or distributed teams.. . Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, sprint management, and requirement gathering.. . Ability to write clear and actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.. . Demonstrated leadership and team motivation skills, translating business needs into development tasks.. . Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.. .
