The Director of Sales will own business development strategy, build and manage relationships with C-level executives, and leverage industry networks to expand market presence. This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, enabling the successful candidate to shape pipeline development, negotiate high-value deals, and collaborate across internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the IT and security services industry.. . Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at C-level and executive levels, establishing trust and credibility.. . Leverage existing and new OEM partnerships to enhance sales opportunities and drive strategic collaborations.. . Use consultative, value-based selling techniques to position solutions that address client needs and deliver measurable outcomes.. . Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate forecasting, and successful deal closure.. . Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, operations, marketing, and service delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless execution.. . Provide leadership and mentorship within the sales organization, contributing to best practices, strategic planning, and performance optimization.. . Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.. . . Proven track record in business development or sales leadership, preferably in the security services or IT services sectors.. . Extensive network within security and technology industries, including OEM and executive-level contacts.. . Expertise in consultative, solution-oriented, and value-based selling methods.. . Demonstrated ability to generate new accounts, cross-sell or upsell services, and close high-value deals (minimum 12 new logo accounts per year).. . Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.. . Self-starter with a hunter mentality, capable of achieving ambitious sales targets independently.. .
