Role Overview . The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing strong partnerships with Geeks on Siteβs business clients. Youβll act as the bridge between our partners and internal teams, ensuring operational excellence, solving problems in real time, and helping drive growth through partner success. Partner Relationship Management β Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners. β Regularly connect with partners to review performance and explore new opportunities. β Conduct strategic check-ins to identify operational and growth opportunities. β Gather feedback to drive service improvements and strengthen collaboration.. Onboarding & Partner Support β Conduct onboarding calls for new partners and guide them through CRM processes and order workflows. β Be a proactive point of contact for partners β resolving inquiries, requests, and operational challenges quickly and effectively. Issue Resolution & Quality Assurance β Own the resolution of complaints and escalations with a partner-first mindset. β Work closely with customers, dispatch, and internal teams to ensure jobs are completed successfully.. Reporting & Coordination β Act as the central liaison between Dispatch and partners to keep information flowing smoothly. β Generate and analyze weekly performance reports, KPIs, and service quality metrics. β Prepare partner performance summaries and visuals for leadership presentations..
