Own the full-cycle recruitment process for senior engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.. . Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create tailored job descriptions, and implement recruitment strategies.. . Use advanced sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, GitHub, etc.) to build pipelines of passive candidates for positions such as Team Leads, Architects, and QA engineers.. . Maintain candidate data in Greenhouse and track key hiring metrics to identify and implement process improvements.. .
