About Charlotte Tilbury role. The Regional Sales Manager role is responsible for leading a region of defined Field Sales to deliver the regional sales performance and strategy. They will be instrumental in driving profitability and sustainability and ensuring that we provide consistent magical customer experience across the regional retail estate. The Regional Sales Manager will demonstrate inspirational leadership and commercial acumen; consistently striving for retail excellence, delivering against profit objectives, and evolving retail practices and tools whilst championing the Charlotte Tilbury Beauty culture. They will strive to exceed in all Key Performance Indicators including: footfall and conversion, average transaction value, store presentation standards, customer experience, data capture, social advocacy and eNPS scores both in the air and on the ground.. Commercial Leadership of the Region . Deliver retail sales in line with forecast commitments, achieving total retail sales across region, delivering regional performance, and driving ongoing KPI improvement through FSM’s (covering new customer acquisition, ATV, and return booking). Take ownership and responsibility for generating store level forecasts and performance initiatives including recommendations on commission and incentives to motivate and inspire the field and store teams to deliver. High Performance Working; Field and Store Leaders. Lead and manage the team of Field Sales Managers, ensuring each manager has clear objectives bi-annually for the delivery of their defined set of stores, and a plan to effect meaningful change and nurture the efficiency of store visits and the field relationship of Field Sales Managers and Field Training Managers. Partner with the Retail People Partner of the region to define and deliver a People Plan covering (but not limited to): skills gap analysis, development pathways and succession planning, capability upskill and recruitment (focusing on the store management population) across the region. Lead initiatives and actively encourage action plans to address engagement needs identified from Peakon, building a culture of inclusion and motivation within the region. Work alongside the Regional Training Managers to ensure commercial and development training needs are met within the region. Development and Execution of Retail Strategy. Work in close collaboration with the Commercial, Marketing and PR teams to develop a launch and sustain plan for all markets and NPD, to ensure all Charlotte Tilbury Beauty stores reach #1 ranking across all partner department stores. Where applicable, champion the differentiation of the department store concession, free standing stores and Specialty model, contributing to the marketing and service initiatives in both environments, based on customer and store insight; work closely with the Pro Artistry team to support the creation of artistry centres of excellence in our flagship stores and a high level of artistry in all. Identify and capitalise on opportunities to drive brand awareness, performance, and market share across the region, with a particular focus on the social presence of the retail teams. Set standards across the estate for executional excellence, supporting the development and embedding of new processes and working cross-functionally to improve brand presentation and NPD moments in store. Work with the Retail Operations Team to ensure communication with the field is effective and timely. Always driving the omnichannel sales number where there is no conflict of interest with retail partners, including ‘ Tilbury at home’ and Commercial social advocacy initiatives. Maximise productivity of stores and artists, supported by the People team, by always ensuring in every store that we have the ‘ right people in the right place, at the right time’ and optimal contract coverage. Effective Cost Optimisation. Manage all retail staffing costs, including recommending FTE levels across all stores (in collaboration with the Field Sales team), managing temporary resource planning with Retail People Partner and the Retail Recruitment team. Manage the in-store payroll budget for the region, submitting and course correcting dependent on trading patterns at each forecast cycle. Review and approval of commission submissions. Build T&E budgets for the region, ensuring expenditure is in line with forecast. About you. Must be able to travel. across North EU including Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Austria, Nordics . and to the Head Office regularly (London) . Strong, demonstrable experience in a field management or multi-site role, with proven experience of building talent and delivering retail growth.
