Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. . ·        . Salary Range:. . $115,000 to $120,000 . annually, plus benefits. Core Responsibilities:. . Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and treatment goals.. . Develop individualized care plans that promote meaningful change.. . Provide therapy to adults using evidence-based, client-centered techniques.. . Address urgent mental health situations with a calm and professional approach.. . Stay informed on best practices and participate in continuing education.. . . Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license.. . . Master’s. or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.. . Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients.. .
