The PRECISION Business Development Manager role at Etraveli Group is responsible for driving B2B sales initiatives, promoting PRECISION within the travel industry, and supporting the go-to-market strategy. . PRECISION is a unique fraud prevention solution with a 100% travel DNA—built from travel to serve the travel industry. PRECISION does the heavy lifting by delivering a straightforward decision with a unique 360° approach which results in lower costs, more sales, and a smooth customer experience—so merchants can focus on growing their business. . The role reports to the Head of Business Development of PRECISION.. This role is open to the Uruguay, Mexico and Brazil so depending on the candidate's location, it is a hybrid or remote position.. Responsibilities. . . Develop and execute sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth.. . Ensure a continued healthy pipeline of new business.. . Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to live customer and beyond.. . Close collaboration with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment between client needs and fintech solution offerings. . . Stay updated on industry trends ,challenges, and emerging opportunities to identify areas for business growth.. . . Degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.. . 3-5 years of experience in a sales role.. . Experience in Travel and/or Payments/Fraud Prevention is a requirement.. . Proven track record of identifying, building, and managing successful relationships with prospects, customers, and partners.. . Strong interest in the travel and airline industry and understanding of industry-specific challenges.. . Good understanding and discipline regarding sales pipeline management. . . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Spanish are required.. . A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.. . A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.. . Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.. .
