Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL frameworks to support analytics and reporting needs.. Translate business requirements into technical data solutions, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the Data & Analytics team.. Architect enterprise-grade data models, dashboards, and semantic layers using tools such as Power BI, Looker, or Tableau.. Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all platforms and solutions.. Foster a culture of self-service analytics and data literacy throughout the organization.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact data solutions for strategic initiatives.. Mentor and guide team members, delegate work, and support project management as needed.. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.. 7+ years of experience in data engineering, with proven experience in complex data projects.. Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with modern data pipeline tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, dbt, Apache Airflow).. Proficiency in at least one BI platform (Power BI, Looker, Tableau), including dashboard development and semantic modeling.. Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional initiatives.. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment..
