Responsibilities. . Provide outstanding customer service in Spanish to clients in the Media & Entertainment industry.. . Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information via phone, email, and chat.. . Effectively resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.. . Document interactions with customers in a clear and concise manner using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.. . Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.. . Educate and inform customers about product features, promotions, and services available to them.. . Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed assistance to customers.. . . Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills.. .
