Accountabilities. In this role, you will:. · Analyze client business processes to identify objectives and align technology solutions.. · Configure and optimize MICRO Technology systems, including software, data loading, and quality assurance testing.. · Train clients on system usage, inventory management, and regulatory compliance, such as FDA guidelines.. · Coordinate hardware specifications and work with field teams for installation.. · Develop documentation for operating procedures and system processes.. · Monitor system performance, detect issues, and collaborate with development teams for enhancements.. · Support remote access connectivity and troubleshoot software or system issues.. · Perform other duties as assigned to ensure client satisfaction and system effectiveness..
