Analyze current ITSM processes and assess their effectiveness in meeting business goals.. . Design and implement ITIL-based frameworks, policies, and procedures to improve service management.. . Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on ITSM processes and best practices.. . Collaborate with IT teams to establish metrics and KPIs for monitoring service performance.. . Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during process improvements.. . Provide ongoing consultancy and support throughout ITSM implementations and changes.. . Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in IT service management and recommend improvements.. . . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.. . 10+ years of experience as an ITSM Consultant or in a similar role.. . Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and experience in implementing ITSM processes.. . Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process optimization.. . Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.. . Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) is a plus.. .
