The Trade Marketing Analyst supports trade marketing initiatives by leveraging analytical tools, identifying strategic growth opportunities, and developing actionable insights that improve sales performance and profitability. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Management, Category Management, and Marketing teams.. Key Responsibilities. Coordinate, develop, and implement category, trade, and shopper marketing strategies.. Analyze category and departmental insights to improve promotion effectiveness, distribution, and shelf presence.. Evaluate market trends and recommend new business opportunities.. Track promotional performance, analyze results, and provide actionable recommendations.. Prepare sales, financial, and trade performance reports.. Collaborate cross-functionally to support category reviews and trade initiatives.. Track trade marketing budgets and support strategic decision-making.. Minimum Qualifications. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).. Three (3) years of experience in trade marketing, brand management, or analytical roles.. Preferred Qualifications. MBA. Broker or sales analyst experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish. P&L exposure. Experience using SQL, Access, or similar database tools. Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience. Working Conditions. Standard office environment with up to 10% travel.. Physical Requirements.
