This role is perfect for someone who has a strong design sensibility, exceptional attention to detail, and hands-on experience working on high-end residential projects — particularly within the Carolinas.. Key Responsibilities:. . Lead the design and detailing of luxury single-family homes from concept through completion. . Develop schematic designs, design development drawings, and detailed construction documents. . Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and functional needs. . Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and local agencies to ensure project success. . Review and ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and HOA guidelines specific to the Carolinas. . . Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. . Licensed Architect. . At least 5 years of architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of luxury single-family residential projects. . In-depth knowledge of construction detailing, residential building systems, and architectural best practices. . Familiarity with building codes, permitting, and construction standards in the Carolinas preferred. . Proficiency in design and documentation software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). . Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills. .
