As the service grows, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and leading a dedicated team, offering mentorship and ensuring the highest standards of care compliance and governance. Lead on compliance, quality assurance, and inspection readiness for children’s care services under UK regulatory frameworks. . . Provide expert guidance through the registration and inspection process with . CQC. and/or . Ofsted. . . . Collaborate on the development and implementation of care policies, safeguarding procedures, and operational frameworks. . . Mentor and support the growth of a care management team, with the future potential to oversee up to 12 direct reports. . . Participate in intensive onboarding and ongoing collaboration with senior UK stakeholders. . . Maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant UK legislation, safeguarding protocols, and best practices in residential care. . . Act as a trusted subject matter expert in quality governance, safeguarding, and residential care operations. . . Qualifications and Experience. . Proven leadership experience as a . Registered Manager. , . Senior Care Leader. , or . Registered Nurse. within the UK or aligned care systems. . . Deep familiarity with . CQC. and/or . Ofsted. regulatory requirements and inspection processes. . . Direct experience supporting the registration or inspection of a . children’s home. is highly desirable. . .
