Address customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, plans, and technical support through phone, email, and live chat in German.. . Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and service modifications.. . Guide clients through product features and troubleshooting technical issues effectively.. . Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.. . Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues promptly.. . Stay updated on telecommunications trends, products, and services to deliver knowledgeable support.. . . Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; English proficiency is advantageous.. .
