What You’ll Do. Serve as the . primary liaison. for Adult Beverage clients and their Regional Sales Directors (RSDs). Build strong client relationships through weekly calls, reviews, and proactive communication. Translate client objectives into execution strategies that align with brand and compliance standards. Identify opportunities to . expand accounts and upsell services. to drive growth. Oversee . day-to-day execution. of beverage programs across national retail chains and events. Partner with staffing agencies to ensure clear expectations and performance standards. Provide oversight of field teams, ensuring training, accountability, and compliance with alcohol regulations. Monitor staffing, inventory, and event results; implement corrective actions when needed. Collaborate with Account Coordinators on logistics, scheduling, reporting, and inventory tracking. Partner with Program Manager to develop best practices, training, and scalable processes. Track KPIs, client deliverables, and ROI; provide leadership with actionable insights. Work with Finance to ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and reporting. What You Bring. 2+ years of account management or client services experience (CPG, Adult Beverage, experiential marketing, or retail execution preferred). Proven ability to manage multi-market client programs and deliver measurable results. Strong client relationship, communication, and presentation skills. Experience managing agencies, vendors, or distributed field teams a plus. Ability to work evenings/weekends for program execution and events. Comfort with a . fast-paced, travel-heavy role.
