Write highly personalized, engaging cold emails that spark interest and build trust.. . Build and manage outbound campaigns using tools like Apollo.io, Reply.io, and Zendesk.. . Research prospects in industries like hospitality, retail, and wellness, tailoring outreach to their unique needs.. . Track campaign performance and refine messaging based on results.. . Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to test messaging, refine targeting, and share insights.. . . Exceptional writing skills — ability to craft concise, persuasive, and value-driven messages.. . Strong work ethic — willingness to put in the manual effort where it makes a difference.. . Familiarity with outbound sales tools (Apollo, Reply, Zendesk).. . Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, flexible environment.. .
