In this vital role, you will provide outstanding support to our Slovenian-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries related to our extensive range of online retail products.. Your fluency in Slovenian will be essential as you help customers navigate product information, manage orders, and address any concerns they may have. By delivering exceptional customer service, you will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty in our online retail division.. Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service in Slovenian through phone, email, and chat for online retail inquiries. . Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and returns. . Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining professionalism. . Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system. . Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment. . Collect customer feedback to inform improvements in our service and product offerings. . Stay updated on product launches, promotions, and online retail trends. . A high level of Slovenian, and a high level of English, both written and verbal, is required.
