Collaborate with IT and business teams to design new processes and system improvements. . . Act as the link between end users and development teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery. . . Define and execute test plans to validate that software solutions meet functional requirements. . . Support business transition initiatives and contribute to organisational change. . . Assist in resolving service incidents and provide ongoing user support. . . Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (dailies, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to foster continuous improvement. . . Qualifications and Experience. Required:. . Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or financial services environment. . . Knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking products (Loans, RPPs, Insurance, etc). . . Solid understanding of accounting principles. . . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure. . . Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal). . . Experience with tools such as . JIRA. and . Microsoft Teams. . . . Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to document processes effectively. . . Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. . . Preferred:. . Experience with .
