Responsibilities. Support the recruitment process for partner acquisition, providing air cover to the Alliances team to ensure Ottimate is top of mind for our future channel partners. Develop channel marketing strategies designed for all types of partners (reseller, referral, OEM) to drive long-term, scalable growth. Work closely with each partner to understand and execute on the optimal GTM tactics for driving joint pipeline and co-sell opportunities based on partners’ tiering and strategic importance. Produce joint content assets in collaboration with industry subject matter experts to tell the ultimate “better together” story. Ensure partners are kept up-to-date with the latest product and company announcements from Ottimate. Work with the Ottimate events team to ensure partner participation is considered in all Ottimate marketing motions . Own the partner marketing budget, ensuring it’s allocated to drive maximum ROI. Conduct market research and analysis to identify channel trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. Drive industry-specific marketing to the appropriate partner audience . Proven experience of at least 8 years in channel marketing or related roles. Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive channel marketing strategies. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners. Proficiency in demand generation and lead generation strategies. Experience in utilizing marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM systems (SFDC). Knowledge of distribution and partner channel dynamics in the AP space. Company Location: United States.
