Key Responsibilities. Operational Support. . Improve and streamline internal workflows to drive operational efficiency across departments.. . Manage internal systems such as EPIC and CRM platforms to track leads, referrals, and key growth metrics.. . Develop, document, and standardize operational processes and best practices.. . Business Development. . Partner with leadership to identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth.. . Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic planning and business decisions.. . Monitor performance metrics and deliver insightful reports and recommendations.. . Marketing & Outreach. . Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns aimed at acquiring new patients.. . Maintain and strengthen relationships with referral sources, partners, and external stakeholders.. . Track outreach efforts and performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize strategies.. . Project Management. . Oversee growth-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.. .
