We’re looking for a . Creative Director. to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of high-impact digital experiences for fast-growing eCommerce brands. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a refined design aesthetic, deep understanding of eCommerce UX and UI, and the ability to inspire and guide both clients and creative teams.. You’ll collaborate directly with stakeholders to transform brand goals into powerful, conversion-focused design across web, email, and digital campaigns. From Shopify builds (theme and custom) to guiding junior talent, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction and elevating the agency’s output.. Responsibilities:. . Lead the design of engaging, conversion-optimized web experiences for top eCommerce brands . . Translate client vision into visually striking and effective design solutions . . Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, strategists, and creatives . . Oversee and execute both theme-based and custom Shopify builds . . Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers and freelancers . . Maintain design excellence and consistency across all deliverables . . Communicate confidently with clients to present ideas and gather feedback . . Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices. . . Minimum of 7 years of Graphic Design/Art experience, with at least 1 year of experience working in the US market. . Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, XD, and Lightroom, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, particularly proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator . . Experience in the eCommerce industry, designing UI and UX for website, digital ads for Meta and Google and high-converting and beautiful emails . . Advanced english level (C1/C2) and client presentation skills. . Good sense of visual hierarchy, typography, layout and design . . Excellent understanding of advertising and web requirements. . Experience working in Shopify or comparable eCommerce framework and leading or mentoring other designers . . Excellent communication and client presentation skills. .
