Head of Growth Strategy- Fintech / Digital Wallet at Flatgigs. About the Role. As the Head of Growth for our Fintech and Digital Wallet business, you will lead the strategy and execution of growth initiatives to acquire, engage, and retain users. You will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams to drive sustainable user base expansion and revenue growth.. Key Responsibilities. Develop and implement growth strategies across digital wallet and fintech products.. Manage user acquisition channels including paid, organic, referral, and partnerships.. Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and optimize funnel performance.. Collaborate with product teams to enhance user experience and drive feature adoption.. Establish and monitor key growth metrics and KPIs.. Lead growth experiments to validate hypotheses and scale successful initiatives.. Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with growth objectives.. Requirements. 7+ years experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or growth management, preferably in fintech or digital wallets.. Proven track record of scaling user base and revenue through data-driven strategies.. Strong analytical skills with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).. Experience managing paid acquisition, SEO, referral programs, and partnership channels.. Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.. Deep understanding of fintech products, digital wallets, and financial services ecosystem.. Company Location: Uganda.
