About the Programme:. Students take part in a focused, 2-week online research mentorship designed to introduce them to advanced academic thinking, independent research, and university-style writing. Over the course of 10 one-to-one sessions (1 hour per day), students work closely with their tutor to develop a short-form research paper in a subject of their choice.. Disciplines in Demand Include (but are not limited to):. . STEM: Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Medicine, Biosciences . . Humanities: History, Philosophy, Literature, Politics, Law, Psychology, Economics . . Interdisciplinary or emerging fields also welcomed . . Key Responsibilities (when matched with a student):. . Deliver 10 one-hour online tutorials over a 2-week period (1 per day) . . Guide students in selecting a research topic and developing a short academic paper (approx. 1,500–2,000 words) . . Provide personalised feedback on drafts, and support development of research, writing and analytical skills . . Motivate and challenge intellectually curious students from a wide range of global backgrounds. . Ideal Profile:. . Educated to at least Master’s level (PhD preferred), from an Ivy League or similarly prestigious university . . Experience teaching or tutoring high school or undergraduate-level students . . Passionate about mentoring and academic enrichment . . Excellent communication and organisational skills . . Able to commit to 10 hours over a 2-week period when engaged. .
