Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and chat.. . Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.. . Document interactions thoroughly in our CRM system to ensure seamless service delivery.. . Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.. . Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.. .
