You’ll manage proposals from identification to submission, working closely with subject-matter experts, technical teams, and leadership to create compelling, compliant responses. Accountabilities:. . Lead the full proposal lifecycle, from identifying new RFP opportunities to final submission and delivery.. . Analyze RFPs to ensure compliance and build structured responses using compliance matrices.. . Coordinate input and schedules across internal teams and subcontractors to meet tight deadlines.. . Maintain databases and content libraries including past performance records, resumes, and templates.. . Support the Go/No-Go decision process and ensure CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) are kept up to date.. . Collaborate with marketing and data teams to develop visuals, graphics, and formatted proposal documents.. . Enforce timelines, facilitate team reviews, and ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all deliverables.. . Edit and proofread content for grammar, formatting, and compliance, working with technical editors as needed.. . Support post-submission processes including FOIA reviews, debriefs, and lessons learned.. . . Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal development, writing, or coordination, ideally within government or emergency management sectors.. . Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).. . Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.. . Strong writing, communication, and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.. . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of Canva is a plus.. . Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRMs, as well as AI-based proposal tools, preferred.. . APMP certification or equivalent training in proposal development is an advantage.. . Able to travel up to 10% and occasionally work in austere environments during deployments.. .
