Provide high-quality technical assistance to Nordic-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.. . Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues efficiently and effectively.. . Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.. . Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex challenges.. . Participate in ongoing training to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.. . Gather feedback from customers to drive improvements in our service delivery.. . Support the onboarding process for new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.. . . Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, or Finnish) and English, both spoken and written.. . A strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.. . Prior experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.. .
