Immigration Coach. to train, guide, and mentor our reps who support U.S. Immigration law firms. You’ll be the person they turn to for direction, encouragement, and clarity—especially when handling complex cases, qualifying leads, and improving intake performance.. What You’ll Do. Train and coach team members supporting U.S. immigration law firms. . Help agents improve their performance, accuracy, and task execution across immigration-related workflows. . Support task-based escalations when a team member faces complex or sensitive immigration cases. . Identify process gaps and guide team members on how to troubleshoot workflow or case-handling issues. . Motivate, follow up, and track progress during training and coaching sessions. . Work closely with other coaches, trainers, and stakeholders to share insights and best practices.. What You’ll Need. Experience working with U.S. immigration processes and client or case support. . Confidence in guiding, training, and coaching team members to improve consistency, quality, and performance. . Strong understanding of common immigration case types, documentation requirements, and compliance-driven workflows. . Comfort working with case-management systems, CRMs, document platforms, and related legal support tools. . Ability to create clear documentation, training materials, SOPs, and workflow guidelines. . Fluency in both English and Spanish. . Formal education in a related field such as law, paralegal studies, or communications is preferred, though strong hands-on immigration experience is equally valued. .
