Deliver exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients in the Food & Beverage industry.. . Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat.. . Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns.. . Resolve issues in a timely and effective manner while ensuring customer satisfaction.. . Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of products and services offered by the company.. . Document customer interactions and update customer records accurately.. .
