Contact patients to collect outstanding balances in a professional and empathetic manner. . Accurately record, track, and document all collection activities and patient communications. . Collaborate with team members to resolve account discrepancies and support overall financial health of the practice. . 1 year of experience in collections within a medical practice is a must. .
