A LOT of room for professional growth.. Key Responsibilities. Lead & Client Communication. . Handle lead/client emails with flawless English; write concise, confident responses.. . Update the CRM (training provided) for leads, accounts, and opportunities.. . Send Decks/Contract/Meeting and send clear follow‑ups after meetings.. . Provide ad-hoc assistance where necessary.. . Operations, Projects & Process. . Run small mini projects end‑to‑end (scope → plan → deliver → retro) with guidance, support and training.. . Document simple SOPs/checklists and suggest light process optimizations that save time.. . Must‑haves (skills & attributes). . Based in Lithuania with the right to work.. . Languages: Lithuanian (professional) and English (flawless written & spoken).. . Proactive, solution-oriented, Organizational skill.. .
