Accountabilities. . Own and manage all aspects of project delivery, including timelines, risks, issues, and quality to meet customer requirements.. . Collaborate with sales, solution engineering, and deployment teams to collect requirements, define scope, and propose service solutions.. . Partner with engineers and subject matter experts to deliver projects efficiently and effectively.. . Manage customer communications, including project kickoffs, status updates, and escalations.. . Maintain project artifacts such as plans, timelines, and status reports for internal and external visibility.. .
