Deliver high-quality support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to Microsoft products and services.. . Provide users with comprehensive information on product features, troubleshooting tips, and account management.. . Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure a positive customer experience.. . Accurately document all interactions in the CRM system for tracking and quality assurance purposes.. .
