Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.. . 7+ years of experience implementing and managing Oracle HCM Fusion solutions.. . Strong knowledge of HCM modules like Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, and Payroll.. . Experience with HCM integrations and data migration processes.. . Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.. . Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.. . Oracle HCM Cloud certifications are a strong plus.. .
