This senior leadership role is responsible for shaping and scaling the organization’s brand partnerships, influencer, and talent strategy to drive audience growth, brand credibility, and customer acquisition. You will oversee strategic relationships with high-profile personalities and external brands across diverse sectors, integrating collaborations into multi-channel media initiatives. The position requires negotiating high-value agreements, managing talent lifecycles, and activating partnerships across marketing campaigns, live events, and digital content. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, PR, and media teams to ensure consistent brand alignment and measurable impact. Develop, implement, and scale brand, affiliate, and influencer partnership programs that drive measurable reach, engagement, and acquisition.. . Identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact partnership opportunities aligned with strategic business goals across fintech, entertainment, sports, gaming, and lifestyle sectors.. . Negotiate, manage, and execute multi-year, high-value contracts with talent, influencers, and brands to ensure ROI and brand alignment.. . Lead recruitment, onboarding, and strategic direction for on-air talent, financial educators, and brand ambassadors, ensuring consistent brand representation across all media and events.. . Integrate partnerships into campaigns, live broadcasts, social activations, and marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with internal teams.. . Develop performance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting to optimize relationships, measure impact, and scale successful programs.. . Partner with senior leadership on monetization, sponsorship packages, and strategic revenue opportunities, ensuring legal, financial, and operational compliance.. . . 10+ years of experience in brand partnerships, influencer marketing, business development, or talent management, preferably in fintech, media, entertainment, or high-growth consumer brands.. . Proven success in building and scaling affiliate and influencer programs with strong ROI and measurable results.. . Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage high-value contracts with talent and external partners.. . Extensive network across entertainment, sports, gaming, lifestyle, and/or financial education sectors.. . Strong understanding of retail trading, financial markets, or fintech is highly preferred.. . Expertise in integrating partnerships into media properties, live broadcasts, and multi-platform campaigns.. . Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.. .
