Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals focused on product, privacy, and regulatory compliance, acting as a "player-coach" to elevate team capabilities.. . Advise cross-functional teams—including Policy, Communications, and Operations—on legal requirements and best practices for launching and managing products.. . Interpret and monitor complex local, state, and federal regulations to ensure continued compliance, proactively adapting internal processes to reflect legal changes.. . Champion and embed a culture of compliance across the organization by developing and delivering training, frameworks, and internal guidance.. . Partner with business leaders to align legal strategy with business goals, balancing innovation with risk mitigation.. . A minimum of 13 years of legal experience, with deep expertise in regulatory compliance, preferably in a highly regulated or innovative industry.. .
